My series on scheduling and organizing time had to come to a screeching halt this week. I was very distracted by this:

and this:
(on my!)

and this:

and these beautiful things:

and wow I am tired!

The grand total:
60 quarts stewed tomatoes
28 pints tomato soup
20 pints tomato sauce
and
21 quarts tomato soup
We are going to be eating well this winter.
Whoa. I think you might be my hero now.
Aimee- Since you are the PRO at canning– Do you have a good salsa recipe that I can make and bottle?
Way to go on all those tomatoes!!
Wow! Would you share your recipe for tomato soup?
OK–I second everyone's comments thus far…LOVE tomatoes!
Blessings & GREAT job!
Aimee
that is incredible! Nice work!
Impressive!!!! I too will be canning tomatoes very soon; however, I do not believe I will have quite as many jars as you have.
There is something so beautiful about rows of canning.
Thats an amazing amount of canning! I'm surprised you're still alive!!:)
Cool!! What recipe do you use for tomato soup? I have one that some people have deemed not safe because of a flour/butter thickener I use.
Thanks!
