Remember yesterdays post and how excited I was to have the windows open.
Well this is what I woke up to this very morning….
I think January thaws are mean, cruel jokes!
Sigh…hello again winter.

Winter isn't it lovely (said with a sarcastic drawl)
We are in for rain today more rain that is….
But at least we have gotten the lovely warm sunshiny weather the last 3 days.
It is very hard to find something thankful in the middle of winter and I don't have the frigid cold and snow like you do. Winter is the worst season at least for me.
So I must find little things like 3days of warm sunshine to be thankful for.

I always look forward to the thaw in the third week of January, but this year that means that it's 40 degrees rather than 30 degrees. When I was in college, I was able to wear t-shirts outside for a week in January!
That is cruel. At least you had a relatively nice day before.
I hear you Aimee–after a day where we had gorgeous blue skies, a beautiful golden sunset, warmish short sleeve temperatures and open windows we are back to winter gray. ICK! Wishing you an early spring with no more 'jokes' 🙂 Blessings, Aimee
