Really?!?

Today, the 24th of May, we woke up to this!
It is still snowing, if fact since I took these pictures and posted them the storm has picked up and there is a lot more snow on the ground. Bleck!

As of now the only plants I have lost are the Basil, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that the tomatoes will survive.

  1. I'm sure it's being blamed on global warming…looks more like global cooling, huh?

Glad to see you back Aimee…hope your beautiful garden fares well.

    Blessings,
    Kimberlynn

  2. Same here…but I noticed the temperature diving last night. I got them covered up.

  3. Oh Aimee! I hope your plantings will survive. How strange to have snow in May!

  4. Oh no! I wonder if we in the PNW sent it on to you–we had snow in the mountains; hail in some lower elevations:(
Sorry about your basil; hope the tomatoes are OK. The only one I had planted survived and is thriving (it's a Glacier–can withstand colder weather).
    Blessings,
    Aimee

  5. Aimee! I received so many texts/calls about this storm, and I couldn't help but think of all of your hard work! I hope and pray that all of your goods survived!
