While getting ready to put our house on the market we decided toΒ rent a dumpster, there were some big items that we needed to get rid of, like a chicken coop and my old salon furniture.
On Friday it was delivered.
Friday night my husband got home from work, and our neighbor asked about the dumpster.Β Mike told him we were moving and needed to do some cleaning.Β Our neighbor said
“Whoa, is your house THAT bad?”
I. Died.
Do all the neighbors thing we have a gross hoarder house now?
It gets better, by Saturday the dumpster was full and yesterday we had another, bigger, dumpster delivered.
Maybe I am a closest hoarder….
You are NOT a hoarder.
It is amazing what we can let go when confronted with the idea if having to move it and find a new home for it! π
Kirsten Vawdrey Strack, so true! I am finding this whole process very… Freeing!
I can’t believe how much stuff we have collected between the 9 of us over the last 11 years. Blows my mind #mindblowing.
It is freeing and draining and overwhelming all at once… π but feels so good when you complete an area! My hardest room is the kitchen & craft room I need all my gadgets! π
I didn’t even notice it was bigger just that it was empty. Go Kieffer’s
That was taken completely out of context. That is NOT at all what I said. In a jest I said and I quote “That bad huh?” I did not mean to make you feel bad. It was not meant to make you feel horrible. I am truly sorry. You Keifers will be truly missed. I have had two of your lovely daughters in our Sunday school classes and you have raised amazing kids! But in our defense this was taken completely out of context. I never meant for this to be hurtful, I apologize. It was in a joking manner.
OH Matt! I knew you didn’t mean it like that, I just took it that way π Mike and I laughed about it and our feelings were not hurt at all!
