Did you just purchase those? We are going to start a produce co-op down here in SS if you are interested, I should have all the details soon! Did you freeze those or boiling water bathe them- BEAUTIFUL!
I used the boiling water bath. My freezer is way too full for jam! 🙂
I like to think of them as food storage, so I want them to be able to keep weither or not we have electricity.
